The evenings are getting lighter and the spring bulbs are coming up. To shake off that winter feeling, we are having a fun quiz on Saturday 10 February at 2:30pm.

Don’t forget 13 February is Shrove Tuesday or Pancake day and Valentine’s on the 14th. It’s just as Lent begins. Lent is the period which leads up to Easter and it’s a solemn time of reflection on the events that lead to the crucifixion of Jesus. This year we are joining with Christians in the area to learn what different church traditions do.

Join us on Thursday 22 February at 7:30pm at the Wesley Methodist church (High Wycombe) to learn about the Covenanters prayer.

On Wednesday 28 February at 7:30pm, we join the Quakers at 25 London Road, High Wycombe to hear about their Lent. All are welcome.
