Autumn is nuts this year…

Have you noticed how many acorns and apples there are this year?

We had a bumper crop of apples in the mini orchard in the church meadow. You might find a few in the church foyer or kitchen for people to take away. In the car park and the borders, you will see plenty of walnut shells, whole and squashed. It’s evidence of a mast year. We celebrated harvest in September but the fruit and vegetables keep growing and there’s always something to be thankful for.

Sunday 9 November 10:30am, we remember past wars and pray for future peace. The service will include remembrance and communion.

The next bring and share evening is 19 November 7:30pm.
