What does it mean?
It means going outdoors into fresh air,
going for a walk, sitting in a garden or at a viewpoint, watching birds and insects, seeing plants and trees swaying in the wind,
letting go, relaxing, destressing, feeling calm and peaceful, being refreshed,
enjoying the mental health benefits of being outdoors.
There are plenty of benches in our churchyard and meadow.
All are welcome to wander, sit, breathe, observe or close their eyes in the grounds around our church building,
and look out for the balckberries and nettles.
